Our commercial division is involved in the leasing, management, renovation and development of office, industrial and retail properties in the Atlanta Area. Our goal is to provide quality space in well maintained buildings at reasonable rental rates.  Since we are long term owners, we are interested in stable relationships with our tenants. We strive to provide comfortable and attractive space and accommodate the needs of our growing tenants.  We are constantly making investments in our buildings to maintain their appearance and physical condition and the comfort of our tenants. 

Our goal is to continue to grow our commercial division through the acquisition and development of office , retail and industrial buildings.  Our interest is in acquiring properties that are stabilized investments or in purchasing properties that are in need of renovation, development or redevelopment in the Atlanta Area.
